Welcome to SCHR Engaging LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Recruiter Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our recruitment services, recruiter platform, and related offerings provided through https://schrengaging.com (the “Website”).

By registering as a Recruiter, Partner Agency, or Hiring Consultant, you agree to comply with these Terms in addition to our General Terms & Conditions and Payment Policy.

1. Eligibility and Registration

  1. Recruiters must be 18 years or older, legally competent, and authorized to represent their company or operate as an independent professional.
  2. Registration must be completed with accurate business and contact details. SCHR Engaging LLP reserves the right to verify credentials or request supporting documents.
  3. The Company may reject or suspend any recruiter profile that fails verification or violates our policies.

2. Scope of Services

  1. Recruiters may post, manage, and submit candidates for positions available on or through the SCHR Engaging LLP platform.
  2. All recruitment activities must comply with applicable Indian labour laws, data protection norms, and non-discrimination policies.
  3. Recruiters agree to present candidates truthfully, ensuring all resumes, credentials, and experience shared are accurate and authorized by the candidate.

3. Code of Conduct

Recruiters must:

  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with both clients and candidates.
  • Not charge candidates any placement, registration, or interview fee (directly or indirectly).
  • Avoid sharing fake profiles, duplicate resumes, or misleading job descriptions.
  • Use the platform only for legitimate recruitment activities.

Any misconduct or unethical practice may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

4. Candidate Ownership & Submission Rules

  1. Candidate ownership will be recognized based on the first verified submission timestamp recorded in our system.
  2. Recruiters must obtain prior consent from each candidate before submission.
  3. Candidate data remains confidential and must not be reused, sold, or shared outside the agreed recruitment process.
  4. SCHR Engaging LLP reserves the right to engage the same candidate through other channels if the candidate independently applies or is already in process.

5. Fees, Plan, Invoices & Payments

  1. On Successful Payment made online invoice will be raised after GST Details sent to email id – support@schrengaging.com
  2. For Any query regarding invoice send to email id – support@schrengaging.com

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  1. All candidate and client information shared through SCHR Engaging LLP is strictly confidential.
  2. Recruiters shall not disclose or use this data for any purpose other than recruitment for authorized roles.
  3. Recruiters must comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related data protection guidelines applicable in India.

7. Liability & Indemnity

  1. SCHR Engaging LLP acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the accuracy of recruiter-submitted information or candidate suitability.
  2. Recruiters shall indemnify SCHR Engaging LLP against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from their actions, data misuse, or breach of these Terms.
  3. The Company shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its platform or services.

8. Termination

  1. SCHR Engaging LLP reserves the right to terminate a recruiter’s access at any time without prior notice for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
  2. Recruiters may deactivate their account by written notice, subject to completion of any ongoing obligations or payments.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, designs, and content on the SCHR Engaging LLP platform are the property of the Company. Recruiters may not copy, modify, or use them for any commercial purpose without written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
