1. Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation: Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after the service request or order has been placed. If the service has already commenced or if work has begun, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once the process has started. These will be clearly communicated at the time of service agreement.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed in the event that SCHR ENGAGING LLP is unable to deliver the services as agreed upon. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 30 working days from the date of payment.
- Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will take between 16 to 30 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- Service Quality Complaints: If you believe the quality of our services does not meet the agreed-upon standards, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from the date of service delivery. We will review the situation and, if applicable, issue a refund or offer a suitable solution.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Services Rendered: If the service has already been completed or delivered as per the agreement, refunds may not be issued. Please review the service terms thoroughly before placing an order or making payment.
- Customer-Induced Delays or Issues: Refunds will not be provided if the delay or issue arises due to the customer's actions or failure to cooperate.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
- For Refund Requests: Please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with details of your service request, payment details, and reason for the refund request. We will assess the situation and process the refund if applicable.
- For Cancellations: Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our support team immediately after the service request or order placement. Once the service has commenced, cancellations will not be entertained unless in exceptional circumstances.
5. Exclusions
- Warranties & Third-Party Products: As SCHR ENGAGING LLP is a service provider, we do not handle any warranties or issues related to third-party products. For issues related to products with warranties from manufacturers, please reach out directly to the manufacturer. Refunds related to third-party products are not within our scope of service.
