Position Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Equity Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to clients on equity investments, deliver personalized portfolio solutions, and drive investment strategies that align with clients & financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement - Interact with clients to understand their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment Preferences. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance trust, satisfaction, and retention.
2. Advisory & Portfolio Management Provide expert advice on equity investments, portfolio diversification, and market trends .Recommend customized investment strategies based on market conditions and client objectives. Monitor and manage client portfolios to ensure optimal returns and adherence to risk tolerance levels. Execute trades as per client instructions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Market Research & Analysis
4. Stay updated on equity markets, global economies, and stock performance trends.
5. Conduct research and analysis of companies, sectors, and investment products.
6. Prepare market outlooks, reports, and investment insights for clients.
7. Compliance & Reporting
8. Ensure all advisory activities are in line with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, transactions, and performance reviews.

Educational Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. NISM Certification (Series VIII) is mandatory.
3. Additional certifications such as CFA or CFP are an advantage.
4. 1-3 years of experience as an Equity Advisor, Investment Consultant, or in a similar advisory role.
5. Strong understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
