Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound international calls to customers/clients and communicate professionally in English.
2. Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and handle customer queries and objections.
3. Explain products/services and effectively convert prospects into potential customers.
4. Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets while maintaining call quality.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and update call interactions in the CRM/system.
6. Follow company calling processes, scripts, and quality standards.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent English communication and conversation skills.
2. Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
4. Comfortable making international outbound calls.
5. Target-oriented and confident personality.
