Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Prior experience with TPA background to handle queries related to Health Claims and Health Insurance.
2. Handling back-end operations related to TPA.
3. Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
4. Candidate should be well-presentable and confident while interacting with customers.
5. Candidate may need to visit assigned corporate offices occasionally – travel allowances will be provided.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

1. Graduation With Certification is Mandatory
2. Good English Communication Required
