Sales Connect Officer - Hospital Desk

Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Desk Management -
• Be present at assigned hospital/clinic desk
• Coordinate smoothly with hospital staff, doctors, and front office
Lead Generation -
• Identify and connect with potential customers (patients/attendants)
• Generate and nurture quality leads for insurance/financial solutions
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and lead records
Relationship Building -
• Build and maintain positive rapport with doctors, nurses, and hospital teams
• Ensure continuous engagement and support within the hospital
Business Contribution -
• Support conversion of leads through need-based discussions
• Contribute towards overall business growth in a steady and sustainable manner
• Encourage cross-selling and value-based offerings
Customer Guidance -
• Assist customers in understanding suitable health/insurance solutions
• Ensure ethical, transparent, and customer-first interactions
Reporting & Coordination -
• Maintain records of leads, interactions, and outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Preferred Candidate Profile -
Background in: Pharma Sales / Medical Representative, Hospital Coordinator / Healthcare Sales,
Insurance / Financial Services
Skills: Strong communication & interpersonal skills, Relationship management mindset, Basic
understanding of healthcare ecosystem
Education: Graduate (any stream), Healthcare/Pharma exposure preferred
