Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead production AI/LLM systems and agentic platforms for security automation, vulnerability management, and incident analysis.
• Design advanced RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt strategies, tool orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
• Optimize AI models for accuracy, latency, cost, and performance.
• Implement AI security controls, threat modelling, data governance, and responsible-AI practices.
• Lead backend development using Python/Java and support internal dashboards and AI tools.
• Integrate AI solutions with SIEM, CSPM, cloud security, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Lead code reviews, architecture decisions, mentoring, and secure AI deployment practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, DPDP Act, RBI/SEBI IT directives, and internal security standards.

Required Technical Skills

• AI/LLM: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, Llama, Mistral, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.
• RAG & Agents: Hybrid retrieval, embeddings, vector databases, re-ranking, tool calling, agent orchestration, evaluation, and tracing.
• Programming: Advanced Python, FastAPI, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.
• DevOps & Cloud: Linux, Shell, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/GCP/AWS, Terraform/Bicep.
• Security: Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, KQL/SPL, CSPM, IAM, zero-trust architecture, vulnerability management.
• Governance: AI threat modelling, data privacy, access controls, encryption, and regulatory compliance.

Required Experience

• 6–9 years in software development, AI/ML, or applied AI engineering.
• At least 2–3 years building and managing production LLM applications.
• Strong technical leadership, system architecture, AI security, and cloud infrastructure experience.

Required Certifications

At least one of: CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), Azure AI Engineer (AI-102), AWS Security Specialty, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
