Responsibilities and Duties :

• Prior experience with TPA background to handle queries related to Health Claims and Health Insurance.
• Handling back-end operations related to TPA.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Candidate should be well-presentable and confident while interacting with customers.
• Candidate may need to visit assigned corporate offices occasionally – travel allowances will be provided.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

1. Graduation With Certification is Mandatory
2. Good English Communication Required
