Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls using provided customer data
* Explain bank and insurance products clearly
* Handle customer queries and objections professionally
* Generate leads and close sales over calls
* Identify new sales opportunities and promote products/services
* Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
* Maintain accurate call, sales, and CRM records
* Coordinate with internal teams and share sales reports/feedback

* Fresher candidates can apply
* Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
* Confident in speaking with customers over calls
* Willingness to learn sales techniques
* Basic computer knowledge preferred
