Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate freight forwarding operations for sea & air shipments with major shipping lines and airlines.
2. Manage pan-India transportation for LCL & FCL cargo.
3. Coordinate warehousing operations in Bhiwandi, Kalamboli & Nhava Sheva.
4. Manage customs clearance for machinery, chemicals, fabrics, garments, foodstuff, ODC shipments, etc.
5. Coordinate with CHA, transporters, warehouses, shipping lines & clients for smooth operations.
6. Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely delivery.
7. Prepare and maintain shipment documents, invoices, and operational reports.
8. Support international trading activities for various products as required.
9. Ensure compliance with customs, DG Shipping, and trade regulations.
