Relationship Manager

Role Summary:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating and managing business for home loans and property sales through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation through loan disbursements and property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for home loans and property sales through DSA networks and direct sourcing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan/property options
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals
- Ensure smooth documentation and disbursement process
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Provide end-to-end support to customers from inquiry to closure
Key Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of home loan products, property market, and DSA model
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Eligibility:
- Graduate (preferred)
- 1–3+ years experience in home loans / LAP / real estate sales / DSA channel
