Job Description: Business Development – Tax Consultant Firm
Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Business Development / Sales Executive to join our Tax Consultancy firm. The candidate will be responsible for promoting services related to GST, Income Tax, Bank Finance, and Business Consultancy, primarily through calls, emails, and messages. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Contact potential clients via phone calls, emails, and messages to introduce the firm’s profile and services.
- Maintain a database of prospects and track communication history.
- Sales & Promotion
- Promote services including GST filing, Income Tax consultancy, Bank finance solutions, and business advisory.
- Convert inquiries into leads and schedule meetings with senior consultants.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build rapport with clients and understand their financial and compliance needs.
- Provide accurate information about services and direct complex queries to senior consultants.
- Operations Support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals and service presentations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with persuasive ability.
- Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and financial services preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
