Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with proven experience in sales and operations within the Insurance, Mutual Fund, and Investment sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operational processes to deliver exceptional financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell insurance policies, mutual funds, and investment products.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust.
- Client Advisory & Support
- Provide financial planning guidance tailored to client needs.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance and investment products.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns.
- Operations & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to policy issuance, fund transactions, and investment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (IRDA, SEBI, and other financial authorities).
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and operational dashboards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Insurance, Mutual Funds, or Investment sales and operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.
